Seminář se bohužel kvůli řádícímu viru ruší. Rekviem za něj nám v sobotu od 19.00 ve Dvoře Kobylisy zahraje Mr. Folxlide.

Unfortunately, the seminar was cancelled due to the virus. But at least there will be a requiem for it – Mr. Folxlide in Dvůr Kobylisy (Saturday, 19.00).

Kolik tanců znáš, tím líp je všechny tančíš. Proto jsme přichystali celodenní taneční seminář pro všechny, kdo mají chuť se ponořit hlouběji do balfolku a zároveň se nebojí z něj vystrčit nos.

Dopoledne nás Anna Ward vezme na výlet do Irska. Sama má pod kůží jak v irské tance, tak v balfolk, takže bude dobře vědět, jak na nás.

Odpoledne si posvítíme na bourrée na tři doby (ať nás večer Airboxes nepřistihnou v tanečním negližé) a zapracujeme na technice kruhových tanců (protože jestli tancovat ve dvou je umění, tak co teprve v deseti).

Pokud musíte v sobotu stihnout i něco jiného, můžete zvolit půldenní variantu (jeden z výukových bloků + večerní tancovačka). Vřele však doporučujeme přihlásit se na celý den – počet míst je omezen a preferovat budeme celodenní účastníky. (A navíc by vám to pak bylo líto.)

14.30–17.30 Bourrée 3tps; technika kruhových tanců (s Mikulášem Bryanem)
19.30–22.30 Tancovačka s kapelou Airboxes a s Mr. Folxlidem v Café Letka (Letohradská 44)

Kolik vás to bude stát
700,– za celý den (šest hodin výuky + tancovačka se dvěma kapelami)
450,– za půlden (jeden z výukových bloků + tancovačka)

Po přihlášení vás poprosíme o zálohu. Pokud nás zavřou doma a akce se zruší, vrátíme vám ji. Tak se nebojte a račte se hlásit tady:

The more dances you know, the better you dance all of them. This seminar is for all who want to immerse deeper in balfolk and at the same time broaden their dance horizon. No matter whether you are an experienced dancer or just getting started – six hours of focused work will move you forward. And backward. And forward. And turn…

In the morning, there will be a refreshing excursion to Ireland with Anna Ward. She is well versed in both Irish dances and balfolk, so she knows exactly how to make things work for us.

In the afternoon, we will have fun with bourrée on three beats (so that Airboxes don’t catch us off guard in the evening), taught by Mikuláš Bryan. He will also teach us a bit of the technique of circle dances. (Don’t raise your eyebrows – if dancing in couples can be challenging, dancing in ten people is five times more so!)

If you have other things to do on Saturday, you can register for one part of the seminar + the evening ball. We however strongly recommend attending the whole seminar – spots are limited and we will prefer full-day registrations. (Besides – you’d be sorry afterwards.)

– Price –
700 CZK for the whole day (six hours of lessons and a ball with two live bands)
450 CZK for a half-pass (one of the workshops + ball)

We will ask you for a deposit after your registration; but no worries, if the virus makes us cancel the event, we will send it back to you.
